February is National Healthy Heart Month, and what better way to maintain a healthy heart than by practicing simple yoga poses as a family.
We invite you to practice 10 days of yoga in a row this month, starting on any day you like as long as you finish by February 28th. The last day to start the challenge would be February 19th. By the end of the challenge, your family will feel more relaxed and mindful.
